Getting Closer

Around mid-January 2013, we felt like we were getting REALLY close to groundbreaking. The bank had given us a tentative approval so we had the pad built up, did all the grading, and the concrete guy came out and started drawing out the house onto the dirt.  This was really fun for the kids to see.  We would go over and visit the lot often and they would run around to the various parts of the house.
